Susan Pourciau is a Policy Director at the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) in Washington D.C. Susan leads USICH’s work around increasing affordable housing opportunities for households exiting or at risk of homelessness. She also works in the arenas of coordinated entry, diversion from homelessness, and ending homelessness among Veterans. Prior to joining USICH, Susan used her expertise in homelessness and affordable housing to provide technical assistance to local governments, the private sector, affordable housing leaders, and housing crisis response stakeholders in Florida. Her background includes capacity building, systems redesign, and creating cross-sector collaborations. Susan has a Ph.D. from Arizona State and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
