Florida Housing Coalition
Susan Pourciau is a Technical Advisor with the Florida Housing Coalition. She served as the Coalition’s Ending Homelessness Team Director from 2015 to 2018 before moving to the federal level as Policy Director at the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness. Susan returned to the Coalition in 2020 and now provides technical assistance and consulting to Florida communities to build nonprofit capacity, reduce homelessness, and increase access to housing that is affordable. Susan works with nonprofit organizations, local governments, homeless Continuums of Care, and other housing affordability stakeholders, using her expertise across the fields of finance, housing and homelessness, training and technical assistance, and nonprofit administration. Susan has more than 25 years of experience leading nonprofit organizations, working to end homelessness and increase housing affordability, and providing technical assistance and training. She has a doctorate from Arizona State University and graduated with honors from Duke Law School.
