Assistant Director of Housing Philanthropy and National Program Manager
Connie Wright, a banker of 30 years with Wells Fargo and its legacy companies, is responsible for managing the philanthropic relationships for all national affordable housing organizations at the enterprise level. The primary focus of her work includes housing counseling, policy/advocacy/research, affordable housing development in rural and urban geographies and training and development. Her portfolio consists of over 40 organizations (with over 400 network members) whose mission is to serve low and moderate income communities and individuals and various diverse segments to include African American, Hispanic, Asian American, American Indian/Alaskan Natives, LGBTQ, seniors and veterans. Connie is also contributes to Wells Fargo’s disaster preparedness and recovery strategy. Connie currently serves on the board for the Center for Community Progress, the Housing Assistance Council and the Fannie Mae Rural Duty to Serve Advisory Council.
