Allison Krall

Chief Operating Officer Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida

As Chief Operating Officer for Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, the area’s largest emergency shelter, Allison Krall is responsible for the center’s day-to-day operations offering comprehensive, housing-focused services to over 500 men, women and children daily. Over the span of 20 years, Allison’s dedication has helped the Coalition provide life-changing support to thousands of individuals experiencing homelessness. In 2011, she played a critical role in the planning and coordination of a new 250 bed men’s center and in 2018 was instrumental in implementing Central Florida’s first homeless Diversion program. Allison is currently overseeing an extensive programmatic shift at the Coalition as the agency embraces the nation’s Housing First approach to ending homelessness. Allison’s commitment to serving others comes naturally, as growing up her parents regularly opened up their home to those in need. Married 36 years, with five amazing children, she has instilled these same values in her family.
